Returns & Refunds

At AlphaHound, we want you to be confident in every purchase. Our returns process is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.

Domestic Returns

We offer free returns on domestic orders within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges on domestic orders.

Exchanges are processed with priority, subject to product availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Pre-Order & Limited Drop Purchases

Orders placed during pre-order or limited drop periods may be cancelled for a full refund prior to the start of production.

Once production has begun, pre-order purchases are final unless the item is defective.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
